This would be 1-5 shifts per week, evenings, and probably weekends. Potential for moving into management is very strong with this opening for those with experience. Responsibilities Prepare and cook high-quality meals that meet the restaurant's standards. Make dough and help prepare for special events including all CU home football and basketball games Manage inventory effectively to ensure all ingredients are fresh and available. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen. Monitor food presentation to ensure it meets the restaurant's aesthetic standards. Skills Proficient in cooking techniques and methods with a strong culinary background. Experience in catering services is a plus. Knowledge of inventory management practices to minimize waste. Strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while leading kitchen staff effectively.
