Michelin Bib Gourmand winning Cozobi Fonda Fina, named after Cozobi, the Zapotec god of corn, is rooted in Mexico s centuries-old corn nixtamalization traditions and wood-fire cooking techniques that define its rich food history.

Cozobi Fonda Fina by Michelin Chef Johnny Curiel, is looking for its next Sous Chef to work alongside our culinary team. We have a fun high energy atmosphere at Cozobi Fonda Fina and pride ourselves on our great tasting Mexican Cuisine. With an amazing all made from scratch program, from cheeses to Nixtamal & all types of moles.

You must have experience running all aspects of a kitchen. Having a great attitude and the ability to build a team are vital in order to be successful in this role.
