Job Description

River and Woods is a seasonally driven neighborhood restaurant in Boulder, CO celebrating 10 years in the community. We are hiring an experienced Sous Chef to support our Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations, team leadership, and menu execution.
Responsibilities:
Assist in managing day-to-day kitchen operations and line supervisionMaintain food quality, consistency, and safety standardsSupport menu development and seasonal updatesTrain, mentor, and motivate kitchen staffManage prep, inventory, and ordering as needed
Qualifications:
2+ years in a Sous Chef or lead line cook roleStrong culinary fundamentals and attention to detailAbility to lead calmly and effectively in a fast-paced environmentFlexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Compensation:
Based on experience, $23-$28/hour
