Job Description
Key ResponsibilitiesLead all daily kitchen operations, including prep, service, and productionDirectly supervise, train, and develop kitchen staffEnsure consistency, quality, and presentation across all menusCollaborate with the Food & Beverage Director on menus, service flow, and standardsUphold food safety, sanitation, and health regulationsManage ordering, inventory, and food cost controlsSet the tone for a professional, respectful, and high-performing kitchen cultureWhat We re Looking ForPrior experience as a Chef de Cuisine, Sous Chef, or comparable leadership roleStrong foundation in scratch cooking and seasonal menusProven ability to lead teams with clarity, fairness, and confidenceOrganized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
