Duties Lead and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient food production and high-quality service delivery Plan menus that align with dietary requirements, seasonal ingredients, and customer preferences Oversee food safety sanitizing procedures, proper food handling, and sanitation standards to maintain a safe kitchen environment Manage inventory control and food cost management to optimize resources and reduce waste Coordinate catering events, banquets, and special functions with attention to detail and timely execution Supervise shift management, ensuring smooth operations during busy periods while maintaining staff morale Collaborate with the dietary department to accommodate special dietary needs and restrictions Implement food service management best practices to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency Skills Extensive banquet experience combined with strong supervising skills Proven track record in fine dining, catering, and restaurant management environments Expertise in food production, menu planning, and culinary techniques across diverse cuisines Demonstrated leadership in managing teams within fast-paced kitchen settings Knowledge of inventory management, cost control, and food safety sanitizing procedures Experience with kitchen management systems and inventory control tools Strong understanding of food industry standards, including health regulations and safety protocols Excellent communication skills to coordinate with staff, vendors, and clients effectively Ability to handle multiple responsibilities while maintaining attention to detail in a high-pressure environment Join us as a Chef where your culinary talent will inspire excellence!
