Alteno, located inside the Clayton Hotel and Members Club in Cherry Creek, is looking for our next Sous Chef to work under the leadership of Chef/Owner Johnny Curiel, CDC Alyssa Frost & our culinary team. We have a fun high-energy atmosphere at Alteno and pride ourselves on our attention to detail in every component of our dishes paired with impeccable service and exceptional hospitality.
Alteno taps into Chef Johnny's roots in the Jalisco Highlands of Mexico. Inspired by the rustic dishes of his upbringing and the regional flavors of Los Altos, Alteno offers a fresh, thoughtful take on traditional Mexican cooking think bold flavors and a clear respect for regional ingredients.
Having a great attitude, willingness to learn, adaptability, and being a team player are vital in order to be successful in this role.
