The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fine dining and food service, young and willing to learn fast, showcasing exceptional skills in kitchen grill food preparation. As a Hibachi Chef, you will be learn to be responsible for cooking right front of guest on hibachi grill, ensuring high standards of food quality, to deliver an outstanding dining experience. Duties Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to health and safety regulations. Manage food preparation and production processes to maintain quality and consistency. Control inventory levels by monitoring stock, and minimizing waste. Ensure proper food handling techniques are followed to maintain hygiene standards. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience as a Chef in a fine dining or high-volume restaurant setting. Strong knowledge of kitchen management practices, including inventory control and food production. Excellent culinary skills with a passion for food preparation and presentation. Familiarity with hospitality standards and customer service excellence. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
