Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in meal preparation and food service, with a focus on creating delicious and visually appealing dishes. As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring food safety and quality standards are met, and contributing to menu planning that aligns with our restaurant's vision. Duties Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to established recipes and standards right front of guest. Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring efficiency and productivity. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in compliance with health regulations. Manage inventory and order supplies as needed to ensure the kitchen is well-stocked. Collaborate with the server to accommodate special guest requests. Utilize proper knife skills for food preparation while maintaining safety protocols. Ensure cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment, utensils, and work surfaces. Requirements Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the food industry. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members. Familiarity with various cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
