LONGMONT
location has an upcoming opening for a FULL time Head Chef and kitchen manager. 5 days a week, between 40 and 50 hours. Must have kitchen management experience, with breakfast/egg experience a bonus. Must be able to work weekends. Once established tasks to include; kitchen hiring, scheduling, ordering, supervision, food safety, cost control and a positive team spirit. Must be able to work a busy Sunday brunch on the line. Our Head Chef works all line stations on busy days. Pay is dependent upon experience. If you prove to be a great leader and chef, you can earn rasies quickly. We are open 7:30am to 1:30pm or 2:00pm, so all shifts are daytime only, with an early start. Must be able to work weekends.
