Job Description

Marigold in Lyons is hiring a full-time Line Cook.

Located in the foothills just outside Boulder, Marigold is a nationally recognized, farm-driven restaurant from James Beard semifinalist Chef Theo Adley. Our cuisine draws inspiration from the Basque coast, Southern France, and Italy, with a strong emphasis on seasonality, technique, and thoughtful hospitality. Marigold has been recognized by Wine Enthusiast as one of America s Best Wine Restaurants and named one of 5280 Magazine s Top Restaurants in Denver. (Marigold Lyons)We are seeking a motivated and professional line cook to join our small, focused kitchen team. This is a full-time position for someone who values precision, organization, consistency, and a genuine passion for cooking at a high level.

Ideal candidates will have: Minimum 2 years experience in fine dining or highly detail-oriented kitchens preferred Strong foundational cooking skills and clean kitchen habits Ability to work calmly and efficiently during busy service Interest in seasonal ingredients, European cuisine, and whole-animal / farm-driven cooking A positive attitude and strong sense of teamwork
Position Details:
