About Elk Creek Ranch Nestled in the mountains of Northwest Colorado, Elk Creek Ranch is an exclusive, members-only destination known for world-class fly fishing, exceptional upland bird and big game hunting, luxury accommodations, and genuine Western hospitality. Our culinary program is an integral part of the member experience. Every meal is an opportunity to exceed expectations and create lasting memories. What You'll Do As Executive Chef, you'll oversee every aspect of the culinary operation, including: Lead and mentor the kitchen team Develop seasonal menus Prepare exceptional breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special event menus Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation Manage inventory, purchasing, and food cost Ensure kitchen cleanliness and food safety Recruit, train, and develop kitchen staff Collaborate with Guest Services and Front of House Build positive relationships with members and guests Contribute to a collaborative leadership team What We're Looking For We're searching for someone who is: An experienced culinary leader Passionate about hospitality Organized and self-motivated Calm under pressure A strong communicator A team builder and mentor Flexible and adaptable Creative while remaining consistent Excited to be part of a close-knit leadership team Previous experience in a private club, country club, luxury ranch, boutique resort, hunting lodge, or similar hospitality environment is strongly preferred. Understands the importance of serving a membership-based clientele and building lasting relationships through exceptional hospitality. Leadership is just as important as culinary ability.
