The Sushi Chef will be responsible for the execution and oversight of a brand new Sushi restaurant opening at Grand Hyatt Vail! This position is responsible for producing a consistent product to meet and exceed guests' needs in a timely manner. Responsibilities include menu development and design, monitoring food production, quality and consistency, and staffing levels, and assisting in departmental trainings. In-depth skills and knowledge of all kitchen operations are vital for this position. Skills and knowledge to include culinary education, cost control,munication skills,puter skills,anizational skills, guest contact experience and culinary teaching skills and knowledge. The salary range starts at $61,000 for this position. Actual pay will bemensurate with experience.
