We're looking for a detail-oriented line cook with a strong sense of discipline and pride in execution. You should be confident working eggs, griddle, sauté, and fry, with a strong foundation of cooking on a line and an understanding of fine dining standards—cleanliness, organization, and consistency. Experience with seafood, steak, and vegetable-forward dishes is important. This is a hands-on role for someone who communicates clearly, recognizes and adapts to urgency, and cares about doing things the right way every time.
