You will drive our "new Italian cuisine" concept. This role blends traditional Italian flavors with modern culinary innovations. Traditional Italian bread making, artisan house made prepared foods. The ideal brings deep knowledge of Italian cuisine and ingredients, and experience in high-volume, premium food preparation.
Culinary Innovation & Production Menus:
Execute existing recipes as designed with consistency. Design innovative menus blending traditional Italian cuisine with contemporary food trends within brand.
Artisanal Baking:
Lead daily production of scratch-made Italian breads, including schiacciata, pizza, focaccia
Prepared Foods:
Execute grab-and-go prepared meals, fresh pastas, sauces, and seasonal sides.
Kitchen Operations Quality Control:
Ensure every dish meets strict standards for taste, presentation, and freshness. Execute recipes as written. Create new recipes on brand.
Inventory Control:
Manage ordering, stock rotation, ingredient sourcing, and food cost calculations.
Food Safety:
Maintain impeccable hygiene standards, ensuring full compliance with local health regulations.
Required Qualifications Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of professional kitchen experience, specifically focused on Italian cuisine.
Baking Skills:
Proven proficiency in scratch bread making, dough fermentation, and baking techniques.
Leadership:
Experience in very fast paced environment and menu cost controls.
Education:
Culinary arts degree or equivalent professional kitchen experience is highly preferred.
Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
