This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase culinary expertise and craft exceptional menus that delight every palate. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will bring energy and creativity to ensure the highest standards of food quality, safety, and service are consistently met. Duties To make sure that kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to safety standards Lead food preparation and cooking processes, maintaining high-quality standards for all dishes served Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper handling procedures at all times Monitor food service operations during shifts, managing timing and quality of food delivery to guests Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in accordance with health codes Skills Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in fine dining environments Demonstrated expertise in banquet service, catering, and large-scale food production Strong knowledge of dietary requirements and food allergy management Proficient in food safety standards, HACCP protocols, and proper food handling techniques Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in fast-paced environments Knowledge of hospitality industry trends including food presentation, bartending skills, and customer service excellence Knife skills a must Must be Serv Safe certified Join us as a Chef where your culinary talents will shine!
