Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Banquet Chef to lead our culinary team in preparing and executing exquisite banquet menus for a variety of events. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise, manage food production, and oversee the smooth operation of our banquet kitchen. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, extensive banquet experience, and a passion for fine dining to ensure every event exceeds guest expectations. Duties Lead and supervise the banquet kitchen team, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and sanitation are maintained at all times Plan, develop, and execute diverse banquet menus that align with client specifications and event themes Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to deliver exceptional dining experiences for large groups Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, controlling food costs, and minimizing waste through effective stock management Ensure compliance with food safety sanitizing procedures and health regulations across all kitchen operations Coordinate with event planners and service staff to ensure timely delivery of food during events Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment conducive to high-volume food production Experience Proven banquet experience with a strong background in catering or large-scale event food service Supervising experience in a fast-paced culinary environment, ideally within fine dining or hotel banquet settings Extensive knowledge of food production, menu planning, and kitchen management techniques Demonstrated ability to manage inventory control, cost control, and food safety standards effectively Leadership skills with experience managing teams as a chef or culinary supervisor Familiarity with dietary considerations and accommodating special dietary needs in menu development Strong understanding of food handling procedures, sanitizing protocols, and hospitality standards within the food industry Join us as our Banquet Chef and bring your culinary talents to life in a vibrant setting where every event is an opportunity to create unforgettable moments!
