Westport, Connecticut What We're Looking For:
3-5 years of fine dining experience Experience across all kitchen stations, with an emphasis on à la minute cooking and expediting Understands and enforces sanitation and food safety standards Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead by example Has experience with French & Mediterranean cuisine and cooking techniques Culinary degree preferred About La Plage La Plage is a refined, coastal-inspired restaurant in Westport, CT, showcasing seasonal ingredients, French and Mediterranean influences, and warm, attentive service. Located steps from the shoreline, La Plage offers guests an elevated yet welcoming dining experience.
