The desired candidate will have:

2+ years of pastry experience in reputable high-volume restaurants Passion for classic techniques and impeccable execution Experience in dessert, ice cream, and pastry production Highly organized with strong attention to detail in plating Ability to multitask while maintaining the quality standards of the restaurant Slim's is an equal-opportunity employer.
