Job Description

Cultura is a Southern Italian café in Boca Raton, helmed by Chef Giovanni Maggio, a sixth-generation Neapolitan. We are seeking a skilled pizzaiolo to join our kitchen and help bring authentic Neapolitan pizza to our guests. Full-time and part-time positions available.
Responsibilities:
Stretch, top, and fire Neapolitan-style pizzas during lunch and dinner service Manage dough through mixing, fermentation, and balling Maintain a clean, organized, and service-ready pizza station Work as part of a collaborative kitchen team
Requirements:
Hands-on experience making authentic Neapolitan pizza Strong station discipline and the ability to stay calm during a rush Reliable attendance and a consistent work ethic Pride in craft and respect for ingredients Must be able to stand for long periods and work in a hot kitchen environment
