Duties:
Burger Chef/Prep Cook Monday-Friday 11:00 am-8:00 pm No weekends!MUST HAVE KNIFE SKILLS!
- Prepare and cook smash burgers on a flat top, prep items according to recipes and quality standards, work independently on the flat top.
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Ensure that food is prepared in a timely manner and meets food safety regulations
- Clean and maintain work areas, utensils, and equipment, organized Must be fluent in English, Bilingual in Spanish a plus!
Experience:
- Previous experience as a burger chef or in a similar role required! Must be able to know how to apply heat properly
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and food safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. We plan to open up to door dash in the future.
