We're a high-volume, energetic restaurant known for exceptional sushi, a strong team culture, and a fun atmosphere. Located just minutes from Clearwater Beach, we're looking for a skilled Sushi Chef who takes pride in their craft and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare sushi, sashimi, nigiri, specialty rolls, and other menu items with consistency and attention to detail Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and sanitation Assist with kitchen operations and work both sushi and kitchen stations as needed Properly handle and store seafood and ingredients Keep work areas clean, organized, and stocked Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service Qualifications Previous sushi experience required Strong knife skills and knowledge of sushi preparation techniques Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude, reliability, and strong attention to detail Availability to work weekends (Sundays required), evenings, and holidays are required General kitchen experience is highly preferred

Preferred:
