This position is ideal for a skilled pastry professional who takes pride in producing high-quality desserts, pastries, and custom cakes for our members and special events. Responsibilities Prepare a variety of desserts, pastries, breads, and baked goods Design and execute custom cakes for special events and member functions Oversee daily pastry production and maintain consistent quality standards Assist with menu development and seasonal dessert offerings Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient pastry station Follow all food safety and sanitation standards Qualifications Previous professional pastry experience required Experience creating and decorating custom cakes is required Strong attention to detail and presentation Ability to work independently and lead pastry production Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills Schedule Full-Time Position Must be flexible to work morning or evening shifts based on business needs Weekends and holidays required as needed What We Offer Competitive pay: $23-$25/hour Professional and supportive work environment Opportunity to showcase creativity and grow professionally Work in one of Southwest Florida's premier private country clubs Apply today and become part of our award-winning culinary team.
