• 2+ years of full service restaurant management in casual to upscale experience preferred
• Graduate of Culinary Academy or Serve Safe Certification is a plus
• Guest focused service mentality
• Strong organizational and communication skills to ensure delegation and consistency
• Ability to manage a team and write a cohesive schedule
• Drive culinary consistency and quality through delegation and follow-up
• Strong culinary knowledge with emphasis on cost and quality controls
• Problem solving and conflict resolution skills
• Must be able to work an average of 50 hours per week
