Duties:
```
  • Prepare sushi rolls, sashimi, and other Japanese dishes according to established recipes and standards
  • Ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients used in sushi preparation
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage and rotation of ingredients
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service
  • Assist with menu planning and development of new sushi dishes
  • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and addressing any inquiries or concerns ```
Qualifications:
```
  • Previous experience working in a sushi chef or similar role within the food industry
  • Strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine, sushi techniques, and food handling procedures
  • Proficient knife skills for precise cutting and presentation of sushi dishes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Note:
Culinary degree or certification is preferred but not required. We offer competitive pay based on experience and performance.
