Djon's Village Market is seeking a talented and dependable Sushi Cook to join our culinary team. If you take pride in craftsmanship, freshness, presentation, and speed — we want to meet you.
What We're Looking For:
Experience preparing sushi, sashimi, nigiri, and rolls Strong knife skills and knowledge of seafood handling Commitment to cleanliness, food safety, and consistency Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment Passion for quality, flavor, and guest experience
Responsibilities Include:
Preparing high-quality sushi and specialty rolls Maintaining an organized, sanitary workstation Managing prep, portioning, and inventory rotation Ensuring every plate meets Djon's standards of excellence
