Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a key member of our hospitality operation, you will oversee all aspects of food preparation, kitchen management, and team supervision. Your energetic leadership will inspire creativity, uphold food safety standards, and ensure the highest quality of cuisine for our guests. Duties Lead and supervise the kitchen team, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment Plan and develop diverse menus that align with brand standards and customer preferences Oversee food production, ensuring dishes meet quality, presentation, and safety standards Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, stock rotation, and minimizing waste Coordinate catering events and banquet services with precision and attention to detail Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain impeccable hygiene standards Oversee shift management, including scheduling staff, training new team members, and monitoring performance Collaborate with the dietary department to accommodate special dietary needs and restrictions Monitor food handling procedures to uphold health codes and safety protocols Maintain high levels of customer service by ensuring timely food service and addressing guest feedback Experience Proven experience in a culinary leadership role within a restaurant or hospitality setting Extensive banquet experience with a focus on large-scale event catering Strong supervising experience managing kitchen staff and teams effectively Background in fine dining establishments demonstrating high-quality food production skills Familiarity with inventory management systems and food cost control techniques Demonstrated ability to plan menus, manage shifts, and oversee food service operations Knowledge of food safety standards, HACCP protocols, and health regulations Experience in catering services or restaurant management preferred Skilled in culinary techniques including cooking, food preparation, and presentation Previous hospitality or food industry experience emphasizing leadership and teamwork skills Join us as a Chef where your culinary talents will shine!
