Job Description

The Twisted Tuna in Jupiter is hiring experienced Sushi Chefs and Sushi Makers to join our busy, high-volume restaurant.

We re looking for dependable team members who work efficiently, maintain excellent quality and presentation, and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities:

Prepare sushi rolls, sashimi and other menu itemsMaintain proper food-safety and sanitation standardsKeep the sushi station clean, stocked and organizedEnsure consistent quality, portioning and presentationWork closely with the kitchen and service teams
