We're excited to announce that we've finally opened our second location on Coral Way, and are hiring experienced sushi chefs to join our team. What you'll do Prepare nigiri, sashimi, maki, rolls, and hand rolls to spec Prepare and portion fish; maintain quality and yield standards Prepare and season sushi rice to house standard Run autonomously, keep your station clean, stocked, and organized Follow all food safety and HACCP handling standards Work the line with the team during high-volume service What you bring 2+ years as a sushi chef in a full-service restaurant Strong knife skills and consistency under volume Clear communication with kitchen and front-of-house Reliable transportation for a shift ending at midnight Valid U.S. work authorization English speaking ability required; Japanese nice to have Schedule & pay

•300 per day based on skill, tenure and experience Training pay: $170/day for the first ~3 days Flexible scheduling
