Full-Time About Us We are a well-established, high-volume restaurant in Naples, Florida seeking an experienced and passionate Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values teamwork, maintains high culinary standards, and takes pride in delivering exceptional food and guest experiences. This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful restaurant with an established reputation while having the ability to make an impact on menu development, kitchen culture, and overall operations. Responsibilities Lead and manage all kitchen operations, including prep, line, and dish teams Hire, train, coach, and develop kitchen staff Create schedules and manage labor costs Ensure consistency and quality of all menu items Maintain food cost targets and control inventory Order food and supplies from approved vendors Develop seasonal specials and contribute to menu innovation Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment Ensure compliance with all health department regulations and food safety standards Work closely with ownership and front-of-house management to provide an outstanding guest experience Monitor equipment and coordinate maintenance as needed Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of Executive Chef or Sous Chef leadership experience Experience in high-volume, full-service restaurants Strong leadership and communication skills Proven ability to manage food and labor costs Excellent organizational and time-management skills Experience with inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain a positive attitude Culinary degree preferred but not required ServSafe Certification preferred What We Offer Competitive salary of $75,000
