Job Description

We're looking for a passionate and driven Executive Chef to lead our kitchen and bring bold, consistent flavors to the table. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in mentoring a team, maintaining high standards, and crafting memorable dining experiences. As Executive Chef, you'll oversee all back-of-house operations — from menu innovation and execution to inventory and compliance — while helping shape the culinary direction of the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and inspire the kitchen team while fostering a positive and professional work environment Create seasonal menus and specials that balance creativity, guest appeal, and food cost Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times Oversee daily kitchen operations including prep, execution, and plate presentation Manage ordering, inventory, and food cost controls to reduce waste and optimize profitability Collaborate with front-of-house leadership to ensure a seamless guest experience
What We're Looking For:
Proven leadership in a full-service restaurant or hospitality setting Strong understanding of kitchen operations, food safety, and cost control A creative culinary voice with an eye for detail and consistency Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to lead by example and remain calm under pressure Culinary degree or equivalent hands-on experience preferred Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed This is not just a job — it's an opportunity to lead a kitchen, shape a culture, and be part of a team that's passionate about great food and great hospitality.
