Responsibilities Provide visionary leadership for all aspects of food service operations, including kitchen management, menu planning, and customer experience. Supervise and motivate culinary teams, including chefs, kitchen staff, servers, and support personnel to ensure high standards of service and food quality. Oversee food production processes, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and adherence to safety standards. Manage inventory control and food handling procedures to minimize waste and optimize costs while maintaining freshness and quality. Coordinate catering events and fine dining experiences, ensuring seamless execution from setup to service. Implement food safety protocols in compliance with health regulations and industry best practices. Lead shift management efforts by scheduling staff effectively, monitoring performance, and addressing operational challenges promptly. Qualifications Proven experience in banquet operations, catering services, or fine dining establishments with a strong emphasis on leadership roles. Supervising experience managing diverse culinary teams within fast-paced environments. Extensive dietary department experience including menu planning and food preparation standards. Solid background in food production, kitchen management, and restaurant operations. Demonstrated expertise in inventory management, inventory control systems, and cost optimization strategies. Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, foster collaboration, and drive continuous improvement. Hands-on experience with food service management software and kitchen equipment operation.
