The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating flavorful dishes, have strong culinary expertise, and be capable of leading a small, efficient kitchen in a fast-paced environment. Duties Oversee all aspects of food preparation and service in a compact kitchen space Manage and train kitchen staff, including scheduling and delegation of tasks Monitor inventory and report stock levels Collaborate with the team to create new, unique dishes and rotating specials that fit a mobile kitchen format Ensure compliance with food safety and cleanliness standards in a mobile setting Work late hours, as needed, to accommodate evening events and food truck operations Experience Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a food truck or small-scale kitchen Strong understanding of food truck operations, menu planning, and ingredient management Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure settings Ability to work efficiently in a small kitchen while maintaining high-quality standards Willingness to work late hours as part of the job Certification from a culinary school is a plus, but not required If you're a passionate and creative chef excited to bring your culinary talents to a food truck, we invite you to apply and lead our dynamic mobile kitchen team!
