We are chef-driven concept where the kitchen sets the tone for the entire guest experience. From menu to service standards, every detail is intentional. This is not a traditional structure—the right candidate will take full ownership of both culinary execution and day-to-day operations, leading the restaurant as a whole.Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Executive Chef who operates at an ownership level—someone who can lead the kitchen and ensure front of house is also on board and on point. This role combines culinary leadership with full operational control, including staffing, scheduling, financial performance, and guest experience. You are not just the chef, you are the standard-setter, culture builder, and decision-maker behind the entire operation.Core Responsibilities:
Culinary Leadership Develop and execute a refined, menu with consistency and creativity Maintain exceptional standards for food quality, presentation, and execution Oversee all kitchen operations, prep systems, and service flow Operations & Management Build and manage staff schedules for back of house Lead all hiring, training, and team development Establish and enforce service standards that reflect a high-end experience Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, professionalism, and accountability Financial & Administrative Control Manage food cost, labor cost, and overall P&L performance Handle ordering, inventory systems, and vendor relationships Control waste, optimize margins, and drive profitability Implement systems that support scalability and consistency Leadership & Culture Set the tone for the entire restaurant—professional, polished, and high-performing Lead by example with a hands-on, no-ego approach Build a strong, accountable team culture with clear expectations Act as the primary decision-maker on the floor and in the kitchenWhat We're Looking For:
Proven experience as an Executive Chef environment Strong operational background—experience managing or acting as a General Manager is a major plus Demonstrated success in controlling costs and running a profitable operation Experience with hiring, scheduling, inventory management, and full team oversight Leadership presence—you command respect and develop strong teams Highly organized, detail-oriented, and systems-driven Ability to balance creativity with business performanceIdeal Candidate:
A chef who thinks like an owner Equally comfortable expediting a busy service and reviewing financials Passionate about both food and building a successful business Driven, accountable, and not afraid to take full responsibilityCompensation & Benefits:
