Monday - Friday 7 am - 11 am (Occasional Saturday's when required) The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of macronutrients and experience with various cuisines, particularly focusing on fish, to create diverse and exciting meal options.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Personal Chef or in a similar culinary role. Strong understanding of macronutrient principles and healthy cooking methods. Ability to prepare a variety of fish dishes and explore multiple cuisines. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Flexibility to work occasional Saturdays as needed. 

Menu Planning:

Develop weekly menus that provide variety and align with nutritional goals. 

Shopping List Management:

Maintain a list of needed ingredients and coordinate orders for supplies (no grocery shopping required).
