Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service with a friendly and positive attitude. Take customer orders accurately and process payments. Prepare and present desserts according to ZÜCAR Sweets' quality standards. Keep the work area clean, organized, and fully stocked. Restock ingredients, packaging, and supplies as needed. Assist with opening and closing duties. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Work efficiently as part of a team to ensure an excellent customer experience. Qualifications Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred. Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance. Available to work evenings and weekends. Previous customer service or food service experience is a plus, but not required.
