This energetic leader will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, from menu creation to food safety, ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation. Individual must be experienced in understanding and analyzing profit and loss statements. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of culinary expertise, strong leadership skills, and a proactive approach to managing a vibrant food service environment. Duties Lead and supervise all kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment focused on excellence in food production and service Develop innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while maintaining consistency with brand standards Oversee food preparation, ensuring dishes meet high-quality standards, presentation criteria, and dietary requirements Manage inventory control, including ordering, stock rotation, and minimizing waste to optimize food costs Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation standards across all kitchen operations Coordinate catering events, banquets, and special functions with precision and attention to detail Oversee shift management by scheduling staff effectively, monitoring performance, and providing ongoing training in culinary techniques and customer service Impact labor and costs Qualifications Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in fine dining and catering environments Proven supervising experience leading diverse kitchen teams with effective team management skills Demonstrated expertise in food production, menu planning, and kitchen management processes Knowledge of inventory management systems, P&L statements, and food handling safety protocols Experience in banquet operations, dietary department coordination, and restaurant management preferred Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate staff under pressure Familiarity with food industry standards including food safety certifications and HACCP practices Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced setting Join us as an Executive Chef where your culinary talents will shine!
