Pastry Chef Experience Required

We are looking to add multiple pastry chefs to our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a degree in pastry arts or at least 3 years of relevant experience. We are looking for a person that possesses the following qualities: Comfortable using a scale for ingredients and can follow our recipes Maintain a clean workstation Work positively as part of a team Able to lift 50lbs Stand for long periods of time Reliable transportion Comfortable using large kitchen equipment and making large production on a repetive schedule. Day to day responsibilities may include but limited to: Assist in maintaining par levels of cookie doughs, cakes, mousses and other day to day items. Baking cookies Decorating cakes and plated desserts experience with macarons a plus Help maintain a full retail case throughout the day Assembly of plated desserts for wholesale, weddings, and retail Chocolate experience is a plus Ice cream production Maintain a clean workspace
