The Renaissance World Golf Village Resort & Convention Center is seeking an experienced, passionate, and motivated Restaurant Chef to lead our restaurant culinary operations during an exciting period of transformation. With hotel renovations underway and an upcoming restaurant rebranding, we're looking for a culinary leader who can bring fresh energy, strong leadership, and a commitment to exceptional food quality. This is an opportunity to help launch a refreshed dining experience while building a team and kitchen culture focused on consistency, creativity, and guest satisfaction. What You'll Do Oversee daily restaurant culinary operations, ensuring quality, consistency, and presentation. Lead the culinary execution of our newly branded restaurant concept and corporate-developed menu. Bring creativity to food presentation, approved specials, and the overall dining experience while maintaining brand standards. Recruit, train, coach, and develop a strong culinary team. Manage food costs, inventory, purchasing, waste, and labor productivity. Maintain the highest standards of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen organization. Collaborate with Food & Beverage leadership to improve guest satisfaction and profitability. Support banquet and special event culinary operations as needed. Establish a positive, accountable, and team-oriented kitchen environment. What We're Looking For 3-5 years of culinary leadership experience in a full-service hotel, resort, or high-volume restaurant. Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation, and culinary techniques. Experience executing established menus and maintaining brand consistency. Proven ability to manage food costs, labor, and inventory. Strong leadership, coaching, and organizational skills. Creativity balanced with operational discipline and attention to detail.
