• Full Time Amici Italian Restaurant Amici Italian Restaurant is looking for an experienced, motivated Sous Chef to join our team full-time.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about Italian cuisine and looking to grow into a Head Chef or Kitchen Manager role. We are a busy, family-style restaurant that also does a high volume of catering and banquet events, offering variety and opportunities to expand your skillset beyond the line.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong line cook ready to step up Passion for food quality, consistency, and kitchen leadership Interest in long-term growth and advancement within our company Ability to work nights and weekends (required) Reliable transportation

Responsibilities:

Work directly with the Executive Chef on menu development and execution Help manage and reduce food waste while maintaining strong food cost control Supervise, train, and support kitchen staff Assist with ordering and inventory management Lead by example while working on the line during service Support execution of off-site catering and in-house banquet events
