We're looking for an energetic, engaging Lead Chef who loves working with kids and is excited to grow into an Assistant Manager role. If you enjoy teaching, creating memorable experiences, and building relationships with families, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Lead FUN, hands-on cooking classes for children of all ages. Create a welcoming, positive, and safe learning environment. Confidently manage all aspects of the kitchen during classes. Build strong relationships with students and their families. Help maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen. Assist with birthday parties, camps, workshops, and special events. Support daily operations and learn management responsibilities with opportunities for advancement. What We're Looking For Experience working with children is required. Comfortable and confident in the kitchen with solid cooking skills. Upbeat, enthusiastic personality with excellent communication skills. Naturally engaging and able to connect with students and families. Dependable, organized, and able to lead a class independently. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, energetic environment. Food service, culinary, education, childcare, or camp experience is a plus.
