Job Summary:
The Sushi Chef is responsible for morning sushi production, preparing sushi items, assembling poke bowls, and restocking the sushi case. This role also includes greeting customers, taking orders, and demonstrating strong work ethic and teamwork must have two years Sushi Chef Experience is a Must.

Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and roll a variety of sushi rolls and nigiri. Prep and cut fish, including tuna and salmon. Ensure sushi, ramen, and poke ingredients are properly stored to maintain quality and freshness. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment. Ensure all products are well presented and meet company standards. Candidate must have a ServSafe Manager certification and allergen certification.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a sushi chef (required). Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately. Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
Pay:
Starting at $18.00hr , with the potential for higher pay based on experience.
Shift Details:
8-10 hour shifts MUST be available to work weekends and some weekdays

Early morning shifts (preferred) Afternoon-evening shifts (preferred)
