Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Head Chef to lead our culinary team and elevate our dining experience. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional food quality, innovative menu offerings, and outstanding service. Duties Lead and manage all kitchen activities, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and quality. Supervise kitchen staff, providing training, mentorship, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated team environment. Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies, controlling food costs, and minimizing waste through effective inventory control practices. Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation standards across all kitchen operations. Manage shift schedules, monitor kitchen productivity, and implement process improvements for optimal efficiency. Experience Proven experience in fine dining establishments with a strong background in food production and restaurant management. Supervising experience leading culinary teams in fast-paced environments. Knowledge of dietary department protocols and specialized food handling procedures. Demonstrated expertise in inventory management, food service management, and kitchen operations. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work culture. Culinary experience encompassing menu planning, food preparation, cooking techniques, and hospitality standards.
