This role offers the opportunity to help craft exquisite menus alongside our Chef Partner Chris Cosentino , oversee all kitchen operations, and create memorable dining moments for our guests. Duties Lead and inspire the culinary team to deliver exceptional food quality in a timely manner to our guests. Oversee menu planning, ensuring a diverse and innovative selection that highlights local flavors and culinary trends Manage food production, preparation, and presentation to uphold the highest standards of taste, safety, and aesthetics Supervise daily kitchen operations, including shift management, inventory control, and food safety compliance Maintain strict inventory management practices to control costs while ensuring ingredient freshness and availability Requirements Proven experience in fine dining establishments with strong culinary skills and leadership capabilities Background in food service management, including menu development, inventory control, and kitchen operations Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and HACCP protocols Demonstrated ability to manage multiple responsibilities such as catering, restaurant management, and shift oversight Excellent communication skills with a focus on team management and customer satisfaction Culinary experience in the food industry with proficiency in cooking techniques and food presentation Join us in creating an extraordinary culinary journey where passion meets paradise!
