As the culinary leader, you will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, from menu creation and food preparation to staff supervision and quality control. Your expertise will ensure that every dish meets our high standards for flavor, presentation, and safety, while fostering a vibrant, innovative kitchen environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary mastery and leadership skills in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused setting. Responsibilities Develop and refine creative menus that align with brand standards and customer preferences. Supervise daily kitchen operations, including food production, preparation, and presentation to ensure consistency and quality. Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse culinary team, providing training, mentorship, and performance feedback to cultivate a high-performing environment. Oversee inventory management and control to minimize waste, optimize food costs, and maintain accurate stock levels. Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation standards across all kitchen activities. Coordinate catering events and banquet services, ensuring seamless execution from setup to service delivery. Manage shift schedules, monitor labor costs, and streamline workflow for maximum efficiency in food service management. Skills Extensive culinary experience leading high-volume kitchens with a focus on team development, consistency, and execution. Proven supervising experience with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively. Deep knowledge of food safety protocols, dietary requirements, and food handling procedures. Expertise in menu planning, food production processes, inventory control, and kitchen management. Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills to inspire staff and coordinate with other departments. Experience in banquet operations, catering services, and restaurant management is highly desirable. Proficiency in managing food service operations including shift management, inventory management, and cost control strategies.

$50,000.00 per year
