We are now looking for our head chef at this location to craft and create globally inspired tropical cuisine. A head chef will perform the following duties and others that may not be listed: Control and direct food prep and direct prep cooks. Construct menus with new cuisine or previously inspired menus. Approve and refine dishes prior to customer service. Plan orders of equipment or ingredients. Direct and select kitchen personnel and training. Oversee the work of subordinates. Comply with nutrition and safety standards. Our current chef is leaving to pursue a different management position, and we thank him for the time he spent creating amazing food with us!
