Pre-Opening Responsibilities:
Develop plans for hiring, leadership, OSE selections, equipment plans, and smallware selections. Lead culinary menu development. Leadership +Team Development:
Build, lead, mentor, and motivate a high performing kitchen team. Menu Development +Implementation:
Stay current with latest trends. Use creative control for menu changes.Operational Efficiency:
Ensure food costs and labor are within budget. Culinary Leadership (3 year minimum) in various cuisines with a heavy focus on Italian concepts New concept opening experience. Knowledge of culinary style including Italian cuisine, Pasta programs Experience growing and scaling a new concept; multi-unit operations a plus. Extreme ownership mentality; Entrepreneurial spirit Competency in financial procedures & systems Exceptional interpersonal and people skillsSimilar remote jobs
