Job Description

Location:

Oakbrook, IL (western suburbs of Chicago)

Salary:

$68,000 - $72,000

Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, Dining Perks A high-volume upscale restaurant is seeking a Sous Chef to support daily kitchen operations.

Qualifications:

2+ years of Sous Chef or kitchen leadership experience Experience in high-volume restaurants, country clubs, banquet operations, or corporate restaurant groups Background with systems-driven corporate concepts

Responsibilities:

Support daily BOH operations including line execution, prep, staffing, and expediting Maintain food quality, consistency, sanitation, and kitchen organization standards Assist with scheduling, inventory, ordering, and labor management while developing hourly kitchen staff
