Full-Time Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Head Chef with a strong focus on prep, organization, and kitchen execution. This role is responsible for leading all back-of-house operations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and high-quality food preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all daily kitchen prep and production Develop and maintain prep lists, pars, and inventory systems Ensure consistency and quality across all menu items Lead, train, and schedule kitchen staff Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards Manage food costs, ordering, and inventory control Collaborate on menu development and seasonal features Ensure timely execution during service periods

Qualifications:

3+ years of kitchen leadership experience (Sous Chef or Head Chef preferred) Strong knowledge of food prep systems and kitchen organization Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment Solid understanding of food safety and sanitation standards Excellent time management and communication skills Weekend and evening availability required
