Job Description

Looking for a hands-on Banquet Chef for an audience that expects excellence! Description Oversee the performance and output of the banquet kitchen. Assisting in menu planning and recipe development Ordering ingredients Planning how dishes are to be presented. Must be a hands-on leader in the kitchen and being directly involved in preparing dishes. Ensuring cleanliness, proper sanitation and safety are also key responsibilities. Requirements Culinary degree (preferred) Time management a must. Excellent culinary skills. Previous experience in managing banquets. Experience in menu planning and recipe development. Supplier management experience. Problem-solving skills, multi-tasking ability, and being able to perform well under pressure are also highly necessary in the ideal candidate. Looking for hard working, dedicated service people with a desire to excel.
