Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Froster/Joy Creator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting visually appealing and delicious frozen treats, ensuring high-quality food presentation, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food artistry, experience in the food industry, and a strong commitment to food safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase culinary skills while contributing to a fun and engaging environment.
MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR WEEKEND AND CLOSING SHIFTS.
Duties Frost cakes with precision using various frosting techniques and tools Package finished products securely for retail or event distribution Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work station, adhering to food safety regulations Support catering events or restaurant operations as needed, providing excellent customer service Operate kitchen equipment safely, including knives and other culinary tools Ensure all products meet quality standards before presentation or delivery Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of orders and customer satisfaction Skills Proficiency in cake decorating, frosting techniques, and pastry arts Experience in food preparation, baking, and general kitchen operations Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures Excellent knife skills and familiarity with culinary tools and equipment Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment within the food industry Customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Experience in packaging finished products for retail or catering purposes Knowledge of food industry standards related to catering or restaurant settings Creative flair for designing visually appealing desserts and treats Previous experience in food production or culinary roles is preferred but not required
